TwitchCon has always played host to incredible competitive gaming showcases featuring tons of the most popular streamers on Twitch. From the insanity that was the H1Z1: King of the Kill tournament back at TwitchCon 2015, to Team Shroud taking home the Doritos Bowl in 2018, these events have always been highlights of the weekend.

TwitchCon 2019 in Berlin will be no different. Today we’re happy to announce that Twitch Rivals will be bringing together the best of the best for our first live, in person Twitch Rivals event. And it’ll feature not one, but two of the most popular games on Twitch: APEX Legends and League of Legends. Oh, and a whole bunch of your favorite streamers will be coming along as well. The full list of competitors will be announced soon, but we can tell you Sacriel and Pow3rtv will be joining for APEX Legends Challenge, and Yassuo and NoWay4U_Sir will be participating in the League of Legends Showdown

If you haven’t watched a Twitch Rivals event before, this in-person debut is the perfect time to dive in. Twitch Rivals is a tournament series designed from the ground up for Twitch streamers and viewers, and we can’t wait to see all the talent on display at TwitchCon Europe.

But you won’t have to wait until TwitchCon for the action to start! The Road to TwitchCon Europe begins in just a few days on /TwitchRivals with the APEX Legends Challenge on March 26 at 12PM ET and the League of Legends Showdown on April 3 at 12PM ET.
